No Refunds Policy
Super Green operates as a service-based business providing lawn care treatments. Unlike retail products, our services cannot be returned once applied to your property. Therefore, we do not offer refunds for any services rendered.
No Satisfaction Guarantee
We do not provide a satisfaction guarantee on our lawn care services or treatments. Our work involves the application of lawn care products including fertilizers, weed control treatments, and seed applications. The effectiveness of these treatments is subject to numerous factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
- Environmental conditions
- Weather events and seasonal variations
- Homeowner maintenance and care practices
- Soil conditions and lawn health prior to treatment
Due to these variables, we cannot guarantee specific results or customer satisfaction with our services.
Product Warranty Disclaimer
Super Green does not manufacture fertilizers, weed control products, seeds, or other lawn care materials. We serve as distributors of these products and apply them according to industry standards. As we do not manufacture these products, we cannot offer any product warranty or guarantee their performance.
